Everything was great! Parking was convenient but expensive!

Great place to stay! Parking is easy (one car per room clearly marked). Breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit of all kinds, yogurt, cereals, fresh bread products to toast, good coffee. If you need bacon and eggs you can easily find it nearby.

Room was ok, the fridge had a cracked door and one of the beds had stained sheets. breakfast was plentiful. Most annoying thing is we booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub but it was under renovation and at no point in time did we get any heads up that it was not going to be open during our stay. Incredibly disappointing especially for my son

The staff was very helpful. The hotel and room was clean. They had a very nice selection of Hartley & Son's Tea which was a nice break from the same ol' Bigelow. I don't eat breakfast, so can't comment. Even though the room was clean and nice - if you get a room in the front of the hotel by the parking lot - you can hear all the cars driving by. So make sure to have a noise app on your phone. Other than that - great stay and would recommend.

Convenient location, friendly staff and clean modern room

Great location right on York Beach. Rooms are accessible from the car park if you are on the ground floor. Room is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a tad on the small side but shower was good. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation.
