Our resort property also offers a fully functional pool house with full kitchen, King Bedroom, full bath, open living space and loft for extra sleeping space. In ground, heated pool, bocce court, horseshoes, and fire pit on 3 acres of private land directly on the Ten Mile River which provides awesome wild life and fishing.

Ten Stars for Ten Mile River!

We had an amazing stay here! The house and property are lovely: the house is compact, cozy and well maintained with big sliding doors in the dining/ sitting areas that open to a wide deck with incredible views of the lawn, river and passing wildlife. (Cardinals, blue jays, heron, osprey and two magnificent bald eagles kept us company all summer long.) The two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs are all very comfy; there's a small office that made WFH possible and lots of amenities too - the foosball, bocce court and horseshoes were in constant use. The pool is a short walk across the grass and it was delightful to swim under big open skies with an elegant weeping willow nearby. Markets were about 10-15 minutes away, great pizza, burger, bakeries and ice cream spots are also nearby and lots of options for hikes/ nature walks. It was the perfect balance of quiet and connected - highly recommend!

Wonderful house

Location was amazing. Traveled with family from ages 4 to 84 and everyone had a great time. Property manager was great & easy to communicate with. The pool area needs some work as tiles fell out while we were in it and tiles around the pool were uneven, posing a danger of tripping. The listing didn't include what comes in the house: fully stocked kitchen, shampoo, conditioner & liquid soap are provided, and beach towels too. I wish I knew before because I packed everything in anticipation of these things not being provided. But other than the pool issue, we had a lovely time & would go back. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean.
