The apartment was very basic. There was half a roll of toilet paper. No toiletries, no kitchen soap, or minimum spices. There were plastic spoons. This place was not suitable for anyone arriving via air without a car carrying a few essentials. It is not a hotel.

Perfect situation

The apartment was near the sea. Very clean. Optional. Also to travel with family. Has free parking too. The only problem is that the supermarket is quite far away. Without car is not a place to stay.

Mycket förvånad över kontantbetalning. Reskassan försvann snabbt. Ingen som tog emot oss, utan fick ringa och vänta i en halvtimme. Skumt. Nära till bad var ett plus, men långt till centrum.

Besviken

Ingen hämtning på stationen som det stod i bokningen. Kontakt betalning på plats ger ett svagt betyg där de ej hade växel dessutom. Fick köpa egna toalettrullar eftersom de ej räckte till. Nära till strand affär och bageri är ett plus. Skulle inte bokat detta boende igen i efterhand.

Trivsam lägenhet med stor balkong i lugnt område. Nära till bad, buss, butik och bageri. Rent och snyggt. Begränsad service, ej någon personal på hotellet. Kunde ringa en kontaktperson på vissa tider

Över förväntan

Hade inte överdrivna förväntningar, tyckte fotona visade en rätt schavig bild av stället. Men bilderna var inte skönmålande, wysiwyg, och mottagningen trevlig. Städtanten kunde bara tyska men hon som skötte administrationen är språklärare. I övrigt var Kroatien mest bad i hettan, det fanns ingen övrig underhållning för barnen, även om jag hyrde moppe en dag och for runt med äldsta grabben.

quiet area. good seaside walk to town

good rural location. pleasant seaside walk (4 kilometers) to town. quiet. unofortunately the daiwoo tv gave only one channel despite three zapppers but i did not come for tv. shower never got hot. Zadar offers much for a small town. Lots of hypermarkets around (bus, taxi or on foot). there was no real service. hundreds of these apartments are on offer all year with varied degrees of owner presence.

A lovely apartment in beautiful Croatia.

Situated in a northern suburb of Zadar, within walking distance of the city centre (or local bus, leaving every half hour) and 200 m. from the local beach, the apartment was well equiped, clean and had a magnificent sea view of the famous sunset. Well functioning local airport transfer service, and a very charming check-in. Professional but genuinely friendly staff. Highly recommmendable.
