The room was dark and drab. It definately needs updating. Furnishings are old. Bathtub is in poor condition and bathroom sink was cracked. Outside needs updating as well. I had to reset my TV modem 4 times, as the TV kept going out. But the staff was great, and the breakfast was good.
Bathtub caulking needs replacing.

Curtains in room cut my daughter’s finger open. The grounds were dirty with bird poop all over the ground where people are walking and then bringing in that into the rooms

The staff was great. Wh arrived early and our room wasn't ready. So they cleaned it asap so we could get in. Then we requested a couple chairs and a table outside our door to sit in the morning and they brought it right over.

Overall the staff were nice and friendly. The conditions of the room were a bit below what I’m used to. The room was not as clean. My husband and I went to the local Walmart to get supplies to clean the bathroom/shower and get a mat for the floor because I could not stand on that floor. They definitely should put a little money into renovating or updating some things/amenities.

Check in was great. I was disappointed that you couldn't get 1 extra towel until you brought the used one to the office. The rooms really need updating, really old & tired looking. Breakfast was ok but, the eggs at this chain is very disappointing, rubbery.

Pile of pigeon poo right outside of our door.

Staff was excellent. The room, not so much. Shower didn't work, quarter roll of tp and it was a smoking room. Pigeon crap everywhere including the pool and hot tub, which by the way, was inoperable. Should rate it worse but the staff were very polite.
