Just minutes from the regions premier wineries and breweries and only 10 minutes to Penn Yan. Fully furnished interior comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin trundle beds. Includes year round sun porch - great for those rainy days. Exterior has a large backyard with a firepit. Plenty of seating inside and out. On-site laundry, with all linens and towels provided.

Wonderful time!
