Bright foyer is welcoming. Staff very helpful in a friendly relaxed manner. I was very happy with my room. Great shower. Bar disappointing . Small choice. Walking distance to alt Markt and all the sights. I recommend this hotel and would return

Personal war nett, Hotel liegt super zentral und man kann alles per Fuß super erreichen. Zimmer sind wahnsinnig klein (waren zu dritt) sind uns ständig auf die Füße getreten. Unterm Bett sammeln sich die Wühlmäuse. Am 2 Handtüchern waren lauter schwarze Haare. Zahnputzbecher fehlt bzw. Auch so Kleinigkeiten. 2 Tütchen Tee auf dem Zimmer, wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Kaffee am Nachmittag Fehlanzeige, Bar öffnet erst 17 Uhr. Frühstück ist definitiv ausbaubar. Fahrstuhl ging erst nur einer, was mit Wartezeit verbunden war. Der 2. Wurde dann endlich auch in Betrieb genommen . Eigenes Parkhaus ging mit Karte nicht, musste man ständig klingeln und warten.... Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer für Klamotten ist auch super wenig. Gibt 2 Mini Schubfächer und 2 Mini Regale . Für den Lärm ab 7 Uhr( Baustelle am Hotel)kann das Hotel nichts aber es war mega nervig. Also für das Geld ,bekommt man ehrlich gesagt in vielen Hotels einiges mehr geboten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es gut aber ich würde es ehrlich gesagt, nicht noch Mal buchen.

Dieses Hampton steckt noch in den Nachwehen

Das Hotel ist erst seit ein paar Wochen geöffnet, von daher alles neu und sehr sauber. Allerdings... - Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage von der Hauptstraße aus sehr schlecht ausgeschildert - nur einer der beiden Aufzüge funktionierte - im Bad gab es nur einen Handtuchhalter an der Tür zur Dusche (wo soll der 2. Gast sein Handtuch zum Trocknen aufhängen?) - An der Zimmerwand gab es ein blinkendes grünes Licht, das man nicht abdecken oder abschalten konnte. Sehr nervig, wenn man lichtempfindlich ist und einschlafen möchte - Die Bettdecken waren für die Betten viel zu breit (2x2m für ein Einzelbett); man verliert sich darin - Vor und im Hotel wird noch fleißig gearbeitet (u.a. mit Hammern und Flex) und das ab 7 Uhr. Doch Pluspunkte sind vorhanden: - sehr gute schalldichte Fenster - lichtdichte Vorhänge - sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal - gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück - stabiles WLAN

Bel hotel mais gestion à améliorer

Nettoyage chambre non fait sans information préalable. Simple "sorry" quand je l'ai signalé le lendemain. Salle et installations insuffisantes pour le petit déjeuner en raison de l'affluence. Impossible de les joindre par téléphone avant l'arrivée pour demander des precisions sur la localisation du parking difficile en raison des travaux

Das Hotel ist teilweise noch eine Baustelle, dadurch war man morgens gegen 7uhr wach. Fanden wir nun nicht so schlimm, da man die Stadt früh erkunden wollte. Zwischen 6 und 10 uhr gab es Frühstück. Die Auswahl fanden wir völlig ausreichend. Nach einer kleinen beschwerde über den Zimmerservice wurden uns als entschuldigung gratis Getränke angeboten. Diese haben wir natürlich genutzt 😉. Danke nochmal liebe Sena. Du warst sehr herzlich zu uns. Ansonsten ist die Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Ny renoveret, men ikke klart til fuld pris!

Hotellet var åbnet to uger tidligere efter renovation. Alt omkring hotellet var gravet op, så det var ikke lige til at finde ind til indgang og garage. Wifi virkede ikke, det skulle vi have brugt om aftenen, og Mobilnetværk dækkede kun pletvis. Opladning af EV var ikke muligt, og det var ellers grunden til at vi valgte hotellet til. Vi fik dog gratis parkering som kompensation. Det var bare ikke helt dækkende ærlig talt. Flotte forhold til morgenmad, her kunne udvalget dog være større. Ellers flot hotel og fin beliggenhed, så når de får styr på de sidste detaljer og den omkringliggende renovering er færdig, så er det et fint hotel.

Helt nytt hotell.

Hotellet var akkurat åpnet, så alt var nytt. Kjempegode senger og ok størrelse på rom og bad. Til frokosten var det ikke kokte egg og laktosefri Jughurt, ellers ok utvalg. Veldig fin beliggenheten i firhold til Frauenkirche, Prager Strasse og offentlig kommunikasjon.
