Excellent small apartment

Clean and modern, lots of light, great location near public transport, stores, etc. Only negative was that a local tax was requested in cash, this should be part of the listing and included in the price.

Great location, clean, small, communication with landlord could be have better

Great location and easy access to public transit and tourist destinations. The apartment was clean, nicely coordinated but quite small and lacks sufficient kitchen storage for groceries. Some obvious small repairs were needed. Also we found it hard to get comfortable sitting on the narrow couch, always sliding off. The landlord was supposed to contact us with arrival information 3 days prior to arrival, but after reaching out without response, VRBO support provided direct contact information and we eventually received a reply around 23:00 the night before.

Tolle kleine Wohnung

Ganz kurzfristig konnte ich die Wohnung buchen. Es hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung ist toll, ich konnte wunderbar schlafen.Und vor allem die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist Klasse.

Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut.Die Wohnung war super ,bis auf die Dachschräge im Schlafzimmer.Da hat mann sich Nachts gleich einmal den Kopf angeschlagen.Gastronomie und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch super.

Als wir angereist sind, war der Check In problemlos. Eine genaue Beschreibung, wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt ist wurde durch den Vermieter mitgeteilt.Was ich an der Unterkunft bemängel ist, dass im Dezember 16:00 Uhr alle Heizungen ausgeschaltet waren und wir ca. 17 Grad in der Unterkunft hatten. Direkt alle Thermostate auf heizen gestellt. Als wir am Abend gegen 20:00 Uhr wieder in der Unterkunft waren war von Wärme leider nichts zu spüren. Daraufhin den Vermieter kontaktiert und er brachte uns am Folgetag direkt eine Heizung für die Steckdose, welche uns dann auf den folgenden Tagen gut geholfen hat. In der Wohnung wäre eine Luftheizung verbaut welche er nicht beeinflussen kann. Desweiteren ist in dem Bad keine Trennwand an der Dusche verbaut. Dies führt dazu, dass das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen geflutet war. Samt Toilette etc. Der Abzieher für den Boden funktionierte außerdem sehr schlecht. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Unterkunft sind auch nicht korrekt. Es wäre ein Ofen verbaut, welcher aber nicht vorhanden ist. Das Sofa und der Tisch auf den Bildern ist so auch nicht vorhanden sondern gegen andere Möbelstücke (schlechter) getauscht worden.Fazit: Ich würde diese Unterkunft zu diesem Preis nicht nochmal mieten.

Leider extrem Laut

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Leider wird sie im Sommer sehr warm und somit kann man nur bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen. Dies ist bei der Lautstärke von der Straße - besonders der Straßenbahn - so gut wie unmöglich. Es befinden sich auch nicht alle Sachen in der Wohnung, die im Inserat stehen (Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Spülmaschine). Duschen ist auch spannend, das ganze Bad ist komplett überschwemmt. Ich war mit meinem Hund zu Besuch, da wäre ein Staubsauger auch praktisch. Schade...

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung für Dresdenbesucher

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit den Rädern waren wir schnell im Grünen oder in der Innenstadt. Die Anbindung mit Straßenbahn und Bus ist sehr gut und alles was man zum Leben benötigt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dank Dreifachverglasung haben wir sehr ruhig geschlafen. Unsere Räder konnten wir unkompliziert beim Vermieter sicher abstellen und haben direkt vor der Tür einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Städtetrip

Die Wohnung war soweit gut. Das Geschirr zum kochen etwas sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber ok Lage außerhalb vom Stadtkern jedoch mit der Bahn super erreichbar die dirket vor der Türe startet und oft fährt. Dies ist ein kleiner Nachteil da man die Fenster durch den Lärm nicht den ganzen tag offen lassen kann. Ich würde diese Wohnung nochmal buchen

Sehr einfaches kleines Appartement

Die Lage des Hauses und der Wohnung sind schon gut. Die Ausschreibung im Internet ist allerdings nicht präzise: Es gibt keinen Ofen in der Küche, nur eine Mikrowelle, auch keine Spülmaschine, wie ausgeschrieben. Im Bad ist der Abzug defekt und es gibt für die Dusche keinen Duschvorhang, d.h. das ganze Bad steht unter Wasser. Im Schlafzimmer ist die Dachschräge so tief, dass das zweite Bett nur sehr schwer im Bücken zu erreichen ist. Auch gibt es im Schlafzimmer nur das helle Deckenlicht, kein Nachtschränkchen. Da das Haus direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße Lockwitzer Straße liegt, gibt es viel Verkehrslärm auch von den Straßenbahnen, sowie keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wir waren 4 Nächte da und es war trotz allem o.k.

Schneller Wechsel

Bei der Buchung ist bei uns was falsch gelaufen, daher sind wir in einem anderen Apartment untergekommen. Das ging sehr unkompliziert. Das Apartment war klein, aber gut. Die Küche war (noch?) nicht komplett eingerichtet, da haben Steckdosen gefehlt. Ansonsten super nett, auch mit den Hosts ein sehr netter und entspannter Kontakt. Insgesamt zu empfehlen!

Urlaub in Dresden

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die von der Größe genau passend für zwei Personen ist. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist auch sehr gut verlaufen. Die Lage ist sehr ideal. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle sind zehn Meter entfernt und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung ruhig. Alle paar Minuten kommt Bus oder Bahn und man ist innerhalb von 15~20 Minuten im Zentrum (alles eine Tarifzone). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch sehr viele, schon allein vier Bäcker im von 5 Minuten Umkreis, ermöglichen ein entspanntes Frühstück zu Hause. Einziger Makel ist die offene Dusche im Bad. Achtung, man setzt ggf. das halbe Bad unter Wasser, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Die Fliesen trocknen aber auch wieder sehr schnell.

ruhig und perfekt gelegen für eine Kombi Dresden und Elbsandstein

Ein ruhiges und sehr gut gelegenes Appartement. Stellplatz direkt an der Straße und ein netter, geschützer kleiner Hof zum Abstellen der Räder. Der Supermarkt ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen ;)

Gute Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein,,die Lage gut, die Bahn und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, in 15 Minuten war man in der Altstadt. Auch ein Bäcker und Supermarkt waren fussläufig erreichbar..Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unproblematisch..alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt
