Maßlos enttäuscht !!!

Leider mussten wir bei der Ankunft feststellen das unser gemietetes Ferienhaus nullkommanull der Beschreibungen und Fotos aus dem Internet entsprach. Das Haus war komplett verdreckt. Spinnenweben in den Ecken und Lampen. Haare, Staub Spinnenweben, Wollmäuse konnte man in allen Orten des Hauses begegnen. Kaffeereste vom Vormieter sowohl noch in der Kaffeemaschine als auch in der Kaffeekanne. Ceranfeld, Arbeitsplatte, Ofen; Kühlschrank stark verschmutzt. Müll vom Vormieter lag noch in der Einfahrt. Badezimmer ebenfalls unter aller Sau. Urinrückstände auf der Toilette, Sand und Dreck in der Dusche, Waschbecken und Ablage verdreckt. Küchenschränke und Badezimmerschränke nicht nutzbar aufgrund des ganzen Drecks. Haare und Verschmutzungen in allen Betten. Der Außenbereich glich mehr einem Dschungel als einem Garten: Unkraut, ungepflegt und veraltete Terrassenmöbeln. Aufgrund eines abgebrochenen Schlüssel war es uns nicht möglich das Ferienhaus während unseres Aufenthalts abzuschließen. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer defekt. Auf unsere Beschwerden sowohl direkt nach der Ankunft als auch mehrmals während unseres Urlaubs wurde null reagiert. Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht sowohl von der Unterkunft als auch von dem Anbieter und werden definitiv über diesen nicht wieder buchen.
