Not pet friendly

Not pet friendly as advertised, sat in lobby to have our breakfast as pets not allowed in restaurant area. I think someone complained, was told to leave. This was the lobby, shouldve been okay as the lady behind the desk thought but not the fella. Not too happy and will never stop at a comfort inn again.

I was very disappointed in the property due to the fact that when I booked on Tuesday for Thursday evening stay, I specifically requested no stairs. However when I arrived on Thursday, they only had a second floor room available. No one from the property contacted me to let me know of this issue prior to my arrival. I ended up having to assist my 86-year-old mother up two flights of stairs, which proved to be very difficult.
