I recently stayed at Hîtel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville. It was a quick trip for me as I was travelling to see family. I was more than impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was great, very accommodating and patient. I expressed I do not speak French and that was handled flawlessly. I would definitely stay here again and may have to on the way home. For anybody searching for hotels in the area I would definitely recommend this specific one. The only flaw I would give was the snow removal in the parking lot. It wasn’t horrible but I felt I should find something for them to make adjustments to ensuring the business continues to grow in a positive direction

Great place overall. Very good restaurant as well. Rooms spacious and clean. Checkin was a challenge. When we arrived, we brought our bags in to the front desk. It was a long slog through the parking lot to the front entrance. At the desk we were told that to get to our room, we would need to exit the building, go around it to the back of the property. Our room was pretty much the furthest away in the sprawling complex. As it turned out, our room was actually accessible from inside. All we had to do was walk down a long interior corridor where an elevator would take us within a 20 second walk to the room. Really perplexed why we were told to exit the building and walk all the way around through a parking lot and an exterior door.

We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a good restaurant. But it is not open for dinners on Sunday and Monday. Next we'll stay at our usual Drummondville hotel!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and bilingual. comfortable & clean rooms. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent. The children's menu options were wonderful and a 3 course option for an amazing price of $17! My kids loved their meals. I am celiac and the staff were knowledgeable and provided delicious safe meals. As a bonus the hotel was decorated for Halloween and my kids thought that was so cool and fun. We would definitely stay there again.
