Nice hotel with good customer service

The staff was very friendly. From the front desk clerk at check-in, to the servers & cleaning crew in the dining area, to the front desk clerk at checkout. Every person greeted me with a warm smile. It may seem small, but a smile & friendly attitude goes a long way in customer service. The hotel was clean, the food was good (great choices on the breakfast buffet), the room was spacious and had great amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there was hair in the bathroom. The bathroom looked like it had been clean, but there was a stray hair in the bathtub and on one of the dry towels. If the cleaning crew doesn't pay attention to anything else, please be sure not to miss stuff like this.

Upon request for a ground floor room, near the pool, they went above and beyond. We were in room 110 and it was a fabulous location. Last door next to the pool, Last door next to the outside parking. Just down a short hall to the front desk and breakfast area. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We liked it so much we extended our stay.
