Lack of exhaust fan in bathroom. The toilet paper holder was loose & would spin around. The swimming pool water was cloudy.
The breakfast on Mon was great. On Tue, the orange juice was watery, the cinnamon rolls were not hot. On Wed & Thu they were out of 2% milk cartons. On Wed the omlet station was empty and the dining room was overflowing. Tables were not cleaned between customer changes on any day.
I was unable to get a printout of the charges to my credit card until we checked out. We had made changes to our room type while traveling on Sun. Whe had reserved a suite with king bed & sofa bed. We wanted 2 queen beds but they were sold out. They later called me & said a two queen bed room was now available, which I accepted. However, I could not get an adjustment in price equal to the website price that day, which was $50 cheaper than our original reservation. The manager said that she would e-mail me a copy of our charges, but no charges were listed in her e-mail. Later attempts to get this resolved were unsuccessful.
Our room was only serviced on Mon. On Tue & Wed we returned to our room in early afternoon because of the outdoor heat. Our room had not been serviced. We were resting when they came so I had them empty the trash & provide new towels & toilet paper. The same thing happened on Wed. Our room was only serviced once during a 4 night stay.
I had reserved this property because of outstanding online reviews. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.
