Clean Studio, location is excellent. AC does not produce heat. The thermostat controls don't work - AC doesn't shut off when the set temperature is reached. Host to check AC please.

Il y a eu une explosion d’eau chaude dans ma chambre, toutes mes affaires étaient mouillées deux jours avant de partir ou un jour avant de partir. J’ai demandé à un remboursement par rapport aux affaires qui ont été endommagés, ils me parlent chinois la caution, ils m’ont dit que je devais la voir, mais soi-disant quand je serai parti au final, je l’ai toujours pas eu, ils m’ont changé d’hôtel encore heureux qui m’ont surclassé, ils mettent beaucoup de temps à répondre quand il y a des incidents comme ça ce que je n’apprécie pas. Forcément. Après les gens de la réception sont super sympa, voilà
