This was a good place to stay with a variety of restaurants, taxi pick up, and the staff was polite and helpful. There is a small supermarket directly across the street which was convenient. The one issue is the very small and crowded breakfast room. Food was not laid out logically, with bread at one end and the toaster at the other. People were constantly bumping into each other as they tried to select their food from the buffet.

The hotel is hard to find due to poor signage. The cleanliness is below par, the sheets, chairs and other fabrics were stained along with the ironing board. The iron was broken and taped to be held together. There is absolutely no view.

Generally, thebhotel is in the best location, only the rooms are a bit in cheap condition for a 4* hotel in a vibrant city like Dubai. However, the staff is generally very professional and polite, with only one minor point: the room's relatively low status.
