It's located right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai South and has awesome leisure and shopping facilities. It's located near to the Expo 2020 site and a short distance from Al Maktoum international airport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you want on offer.

Our charming 2 bedroom is pretty spectacular! Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you enter, other treats include a gym, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room with smart T.V., we’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you. The view is awesome and can be best enjoyed on the balcony while having your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

You will find a supermarket, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive.

Please be advised that the pool will be closed until April 2025 due to scheduled maintenance and improvements.

The apartment is all yours, but we are only a phone call away if you need us. You'll be in the safe hands of my team that will meet you at the property and show you around so you can benefit from all it has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
Madinat Al Mataar is a residential community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Providing access to a whole new range of lifestyle amenities, the community comprises a mix of townhouses, villas and residential apartments.
In addition to the 18-hole Championship golf course close by. Pulse Residence is only a few moments away from the globally significant Expo 2020 and the Al Maktoum International Airport.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
