Absolutely perfect stay

I recently stayed at Five Lux in Dubai for a week, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The hotel's design is modern and luxurious, with every detail carefully thought out. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city and ocean. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, their hospitality was exceptional. Our stay at this five deluxe hotel in Dubai Marina was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. For our final night, they surprised us with an incredible room upgrade, complete with a private pool—it was such a perfect way to end our time in Dubai. The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we were well taken care of. On the day of our departure, they even provided us with a full breakfast packed into to-go boxes so we wouldn’t miss out before catching our flight. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and so well-trained—it truly made the experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back, just to stay with them again. Highly recommend this place and their exceptional team!

I regret staying at this unethical fraudu hotel

The hotel charged me over $300 after I left - for what I’m not sure of and they do not communicate. For anyone staying I would be careful and keep a close eye on charges. They are shady and unethical. The rooms aren’t even that great, like the pictures don’t match h the rooms and they aren't very clean. There are much better hotels in the area. I regret staying here.
