We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and facilities in the apartment. There's an adequate supermarket within the complex...a plus. Check in was easy , staff very courteous and helpful. They also checked in frequently to see how they could improve our experience. Rooms very clean and felt secure. There was a kitchenette in our apartment which was also another big plus. Will happily stay here again and definitely recommend.

Shockingly bad service and delays in breakfast restaurant, burnt food, 40mins waiting for soup not just on the one day, so bad that even though I paid for half board I stopped attending as well as dinner same thing paid for 4-5 nights half board but stopped dining after my first experience of their dinner service which is a la carte Example of the service, I explained I cannot have ketchup due allergies, and after waiting for 20mins for a burger (which is fine) food was brought out and was told I have brought with ketchup because chef said it keeps the bun stuck down! This is unbelievable for what I supposed to be a Hilton Additionally it’s 2025 but the 2 TV’s in my suite/apartment were not smart TV’s so cannot use Netflix or prime or anything of the sort, possibly the worst experience I have had in my 10+ visits to Dubai - will definitely not stay here again

Excellent location along the creek with a stunning view of the city, including the famous Burj Khalifa in the distance. The shopping mall is only a 12 minute walk from the lobby and it is safe and beautiful.

Hotel smell so good. Amazing staff: shout out to the kitchen staff, pool staff and security. They are amazing. We had a big apartment with everything that we need. The only thing is there’s construction next to the restaurant area so if you wanna eat outside there’s a lot of noise, but if you’re eating inside you can’t hear them. We took half board in the restaurant and it was the best decision ever: buffet breakfast was really good and evenings also and we never find it cluttered, there’s always 4 or 5 tables available to seat. Another think that we like is, We didn’t have to think about where we are gonna eat since we had a lot of visits planned.

Breakfast paid but without serving

The hotel reception promised to prepare our breakfast take away at 5:30 in the morning because its restaurant only opened for breakfast from 6:30. As we already prepaid our breakfast, the hotel rejected to refund our breakfast and insisted to prepare takeaway for us. However, the breakfast was not ready at 5:30am. The hotel reception repeated saying our breakfast was on the way. We ended up leaving the hotel for the airport after 5:30 in the morning without breakfast. The hotel rejected my refund request.

Lights kept shutting off except for the living room. Called to complain about it. Waited 1.5 hours no one came. Went down to the lobby to complain in person. Came back up to the room and the lights were working again. But then they shut off 30 Minutes later. And yes the jet card was in the slot. Did not realize the room was decorated in pink before checking in. Personal thing about pink colors. I just don’t like it. Location was strange and not a good area during the summer months. Nothing around too hot to walk and awkward to get an uber from the hotel. Staff was pleasant but I just didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel or my room. In fact when the lights went out a second I just left and went to a different hotel. Probably a great hotel for families but not for me.
