Cockroaches was flying around the room and bathroom and also i was feeling itching while laying in bed, thought it might be bedbugs, hence the reason for sleeping in chair for my 3night stay.

Would be better to add transport to common places. More hangers to hang up clothes. 2 hangers is really not enough so guests actually live from their suitcases.

Monaco Hotel

Its a reasonable hotel for the money you pay for. The car park is very small with tight lanes. The hotel area is central but crowded, it shouldn't be a problem as long as you rent a car.

Practical Hotel

Very tricky to get to. Most taxi drivers didn’t know where it is. But once you get there, everything works. Accessible to a range of good restaurants nearby. Perfect for those who want to stay away from downtown and see some real life in dubai for a change........

Nice but need few improvements

Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little grubby in places. Im a person who just gets on with life but others would of complained, Few bits bathroom had spots of mould in corners of bath and the tiles. Clean towls had brown skidish marks on them. The bin was crome finished but it had so much dryed crust on the lid and side made it look dirty. Just few it needed a good 30 min deep clean before new guests.

Nice close to the mall

The hotel is nicely built. Wellcome loby is great. Food is great. Arrangement of seating is in proper set-up. At walking distance from other restaurants and other shopping malls.Telehone charger plug was probided to 120 volts for American telephone usage. Complementary coffee and tea with the cattle was provided. Overall it was a good experience.

It's was so uncomfortable for me I left early and the hotel didn't pay me back Your website charged me 4 nights I just stayed 3 nights only I asked them to give me my money back for one night they refused to pay me
