Never book residence in this area, only hotels! It was big mistake. This apartment is not cozy at all, outdated especially bathroom. Uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows - too hard. Old towels and of corse nobody change it for you as in hotels)). Trash is a problem too. Bad experience for me and never again I book apartment in Dubai with a lot of perfect hotels with perfect service. The area is not convenient even for Uber, especially for walking.

I had a fantastic stay at Silkhaus Botanica Tower. Everything I needed from a hotel with the independence and “living” feel of an apartment. My thanks to Paul and the team for making check in so easy. Would recommend to anyone staying in Dubai for a business trip.
