Do not stay here unless you’re traveling on Emirates. They don’t tell you that you cannot access the room if you’re flying on other airlines. Beware of their deceptive practices. They refused to refund my stay after I could not access terminal 3.
When I arrived in Terminal 2, I transferred to Terminal 3, but I couldn’t find the sleepover location. I asked a shop employee about the location, and they weren’t aware such a place existed. We called the number, and with her help, we discovered that if I checked in to Terminal 3 to reach concourse C, I wouldn’t be able to check in for my flight the next morning back at Terminal 2. This was not explained clearly at the time I booked the sleepover and it was too late for a refund. I transferred back to Terminal 2 and tried to find a comfortable chair for the night. Disappointing since I’d already travelled for 16 hours.
At the time of booking, specific location wasn’t mentioned, never used the facility an didn’t have signage of the location. My suggestion to travelers don’t book in advance of your travel, there are other options available one can stay in transit at Dubai international airport.
Hi, I booked the room with one double bed for myself and my wife to have some rests. I’m 77 years old and my wife is 68 years old. They provided us the room with bunk bed. I asked them to change our room with those rooms with the double bed but they said it’s reserved. It’s not acceptable as I reserved one of those too but they didn’t offer me. I’m not happy with this service and I want to get my money back. I couldn’t have any rest on that bunk bed.
Units are very small, as expected. No bathroom, so don't be surprised by that. AC and light controls were somewhat hard to figure out. Otherwise, fine.
It was a small, clean room but my door did not lock and people came into my small room when I was trying to sleep. This made me get no sleep but I was laying down. There were no phone charging station and the thermostat didn't change anything. If the room locked locked it would feel safer. The bathrooms are outside, this is literally just a closet with a recliner.
