Elevators over weekend were a nightmare after being placed on the 38tb floor and the Breakfast was like a college cafeteria

My stay at this hotel was really good, the staff were extremely helpful and really lovely. Every morning the staff would greet us and assist any way they could. The rooms are really big and their were tvs in each room as well as the front room. It was exceptionally clean and I really appreciated that the hotel would restock our water bottles each day. I appreciate that Vilma helped our with our checkin on the first day and was super kind and helpful. Cannot fault anything, definitely recommend. Also it’s located really well besides a tube station as well as having taxis available at every minute.

Front desk staff were unprofessional, oblivious to customers waiting to check in, were talking to whomever cut the line , without respecting those waiting to be helped, front desk workers allowed some customers to disregard the line of thise customers waiting to be helped, they created a chaos!

Very good location. Close to the Dubai Mall. Breakfast is a little crowded, but has a lot of variations. Coming down on the elevator, sometimes could take a long time.
