We stayed at the first collection business bay for two nights and it was good although didn’t have enough time to experience facilities in full. There is no complimentary water in room and everything is chargeable which is poor for Dubai standards. This is basic necessity in life. 7/10.

Room is clean, Staff was not flexible. I paid deluxe with Soluna beach. But they ask me to pay extra 200 D for enter the beach. Later I figured out, I got refund. Second day we plan to go the beach, beach closed Dec19. We checkout Dec20. They won’t extend the coupon to Dec27 , we plan to come back Dubai , after 1 week cruise.

- receptionists are rude and snappy - the coffee shop took 30mins to make me a cappuccino with no other customers. - considering we booked for 2 people, we needed towels and toothbrush’s, toilet paper for 2 people that we had to ask for - ac was so loud - no shower gel Had to ask for it - be warned that there’s no sun at the pool. You can tan until around 1 pm if you move sun loungers multiple times

The stay was very good in every way: the food, the service from all the staff, the clean rooms—just two minor issues. They advertise that all their rooms have smart TVs, but room 330 did not. Another detail not mentioned on the website is that access to Soluna Beach is not free and requires a fee.
