Travelled with family
we had a horrible experience with the Westminster holiday home’s.We had issues with our previous package and booked our holiday on the day so had to choose this hotel as a quick last minute buy. No communication on expedia despite trying. We arrived at 7am (the owners are not part of the building and check in was 3pm) so we had to chase around finding their contact details. We found a lady called Auria who we spoke to on the phone n took our passport details from whatsapp told us to check in early would cost us 1400AED and then after continuing to contact her on whatsapp she then dropped the price to 1000 then 600, having been to many times dubai previously we knew this was not the usual price n was attempted scammed, so we contacted another member of the team who told us she was shocked by Aurias n will send out the owners son Mustafa to us,we waited 1hr n then called back, she told us his stuck in traffic on the way, we called again after another hour of him not arriving n she said she was confused why he was not here. We then called another lady after a few minutes to say he is not coming as we are refusing to pay the early check in fees (we would’ve been more than happy to pay the normal standard rate (400/500) rather than wait for 8 hours!) they did not inform us he is not coming! horrible company n heard many other stories with same issues! Main building is Emaar and the people were lovely- book with them directly not Westminster- liars and horrible customer service!
