I was only in town one night due to a long layover. On this night they were repairing some pipes, so there was no hot water for a shower. It was supposed to be fixed before I checked out, but was not. The first room I was assigned had towels on the floor. Reassigned quickly, but that still leaves an impression that I feel goes against the image of this brand.

They didn’t have hot water for over 24 hours and did nothing to compensate me. My room also wasn’t ready after normal check in time and I had reserved an early check in. Also, I reserved a two bed two bath but our room ended up being two bed one bath and there was no refund.

My only problems with the apartment were the furnishings. We were given a handicap accessible room and maybe that was why? One large chair in the living area. No place for two adults to sit comfortably and we had two twin beds that I had requested be put together but they weren’t. But they were very comfortable. I think we may have been better off with a studio rather than the one bedroom. Great location for our needs.
