Excellent choice for North Docks

Food options: limited to one cafe that is not open for dinner. That cafe does have a nice breakfast. You do have to walk a bit or take the convenient train for dinner. This is the only minor negative for Beckett. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Super convenient to tram.

Had the accessible room which was larger but the bathroom was more like a shared dorm in layout and odor. The floor was wet upon arrival in the main area and did not dry for eight hours. The check in staff was polite but lacked awareness of standard accoutrements. The ovation is quiet and adjacent to the tram which makes getting to the livelier areas and yet sleeping well very convenient.

Stayed to attend a concert in 3Arena with my young daughter. Was so convenient especially for when the concert was over and we didnt want to be hanging around. Literally less than a five min walk. Have stayed here many times now. Staff are pleasent, rooms are very well equipped and clean.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and kind staff. Very good location only two minutes away from the 3arena.it is really good if you are going to a concert or just want to walk around the city. Highly recommend. ❤️😉

Fantastic stay after a week of moving around Dublin - I need to rest and reset and this was just the place. Which I could've stayed longer, it was clean, safe, and had everything I needed as a solo traveler.

No extra bed

There was no extra bed in room even though I requested it prior and got told it would be in the room ready for when we arrive. We arrived late at about 11pm so there was no housekeeping staff in so we couldn’t even get an extra pillow or bedsheet. Meaning my friend had resorted to sleeping on a bare slightly dirty couch present in the kitchen area. Ridiculous that the check in staff didn’t even try to show a bit of sympathy or attempt to help. They said you could ask in the morning, well that would be pointless as that’s after we would have needed the bed. Substandard service. Compensation or at least an apology is necessary. Grounds and reception area is a lovely design I will say however as a positive.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else for 3arena visits

Perfect location for any events at the 3arena. Easy to reach by tram. Very friendly staff and lovely hotel. Room was great with loads of amenities. Only stayed 1 night but could stay for a lot longer easily.

Home from home

Great oasis just outside the center. Well furnished, amazing level of amenities for either short or mid term stays. Only negative is the communcal areas a little underutilised and the bar is closed until.further notice.

Literal semen stains on couch... Toilet paper holder broken, shower door doesn't fully close, bedroom door blocked by bed, no closet or dresser in bedroom (had to change and get ready in the kitchen), lights burning out, nowhere to hang coats in front hall, towel hooks in bathroom block shower door from opening. I think that's it.

We stayed here for 9 nights, while visiting Dublin, and everything about it was perfect! We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The staff there was amazing! We will definitely miss Milo!

The room was great. One of the fron desk people, a woman from Chile was awesome. The other, a guy, gave me flack about a couple of extra coffee pods which was kind of lame. Overall it was great - we particularly liked the room, despite a view of the arena wall :)

Stayed here for the Peter Kay concert at the 3 Arena. What a fantastic location, bars and restaurants immediately close also. The place was bouncing sooooo many people and was difficult to get into them so we opted for a sit in Dominoes around the corner which was delish and not crowed at all. Hotel check in didn’t accept my driving licence however the receptionist was very help and we were checked in promptly. Room was spacious with a great kitchen and fabulous shower. Great location for 3 Arena would highly recommend.
