Check in was awful. The receptionist was super unfriendly and completely in a bad mood and took it out on us. I will probably not return to this hotel because of this experience.

Nice room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. I found the hotel quiet so it was easy to get a good sleep. Lots of breakfast options and the food quality was good. My only quibble is that the hotel is advertised as walkable from the airport. That’s technically true but it’s very difficult to find the safe way to cross the 4 lane road to get to it. There is a shuttle, which I used to get to the airport in the morning.

There was no signage at the airport stating the name change of the hotel and as a result we could not find the shuttle. We started to walk using map quest and it said it was a 20 minute walk, not 5 minutes, when a passerby told us about the name change. We went back to the shuttle stand and tried calling the number on the poster for the shuttle but the recording said thr number as unassigned. I redialed several times getting the same message. When we finally arrived at the hotel 50 mins later and checked in we had to be directed by cleaning staff as to where to go in the hotel as the front desk did not provide accurate directions. The pillows were as flat as pancakes, the room was chilly and had no blankets. The sheets were rough and very stiff and I was thankful we were only there for a few hours between flights. It was not worth the money and effort to go there and I would not suggest it to anyone.

The hotel is in a good location close to the airport. The rooms are clean and functional and the staff are friendly. The hotel has just renranded from Radisson Blu howevere there is no signage to let travellers know of the change making is super confusing to ctach the hotel shuttle.

Recently changed from the Radisson Blu to the Clayton the hotel was a typical airport hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms served a purpose but the bar was stark, cold and uninviting as was the restaurant. When we stayed here last time ( as the Radisson Blu) breakfast was the highlight of our stay but this time it was dreadful- bland, table order took ages to get and was wrong when delivered. Not work paying extra for. The location is best thing about hotel being very near the airport with a free shuttle bus. Parking is extra at €10 a day.

My flight was cancelled - the lady at the desk was super helpful and arranged for me to continue to stay in my room for another night (without having to check out and move all my stuff around).
