Bathroom was dated, nothing compared to any 5 star hotel. Internal phones didn't work within the hotel so No way of calling Room Service or anyone...., no one there to help with luggage to taxi on leaving. A very disappointing experience. It is definitely Not a 5 Star Hotel at this point. Hope they get their act together. Would not go back

Our Dublin favourite

Excellent hotel which is our usual choice when we stay in Dublin. Very central to all our needs. Our room was showing signs of needing some TLC (scuffed paintwork etc) but over all it is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is good although it can take a while for the coffee to arrive. In the Coburg restaurant Sarah looked after us brilliantly.
