Great location and first rate staff

Conrad has a great location, a block from St Stephen’s and easy walking distance to many sites, but also quiet. Staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. I was able to checkin early after a redeye. Property is very clean and well cared for.

Altogether lovely stay. Breakfast is not to be missed. Particularly wonderful bedding and pillows. We could not have been more comfortable. The floral arrangements at the hotel were stunning.

New Year’s Eve

The hotel has 2 elevators and 1 is out of order until mid Jan !!!! It was so frustrating waiting and waiting for a lift . The welcome card for the previous occupant was left in our room so that calls into question its cleanliness and also if you pull back the curtains the windows are in need of a good clean and the walls are scuffed. Finally the kids stayed in a separate room and the air con wasn’t working so they were uncomfortable . Otherwise it was so comfortable

I loved my stay in this warm, inviting hotel. It was beautiful, elegant and cozy! The staff were just wonderful and made in a real 5 star experience! The mince pies on arrival were a lovely touch too! Looking forward to going back.

Comfortable and convenient city centr base.

The Conrad is our default place to stay in Dublin. The standars of service and comfort are consistently high. The rooms are showing signs of wear and tear though and some refurbishment would keep things at the level one would expect at this price point.
