Nice hotel with flaws

Really comfy bed with two pillows (far too few hotels offer only one pillow) and good tv service. Great bathroom with conditioner in the shower and nice toiletries. The reason for the 3* is there was a bright light shining in the window all night, even with the blind down it kept us both awake, the heating could only be put down to 19’c and you can’t open the window, so it was unpleasantly stuffy so a crappy night of sleep.

Budget hotel with tiny rooms.

Friendly staff, but the room was tiny, also there was nowhere to sit in the room. Not even a chair at the desk. Double bed was wedged up against the wall, so awkward for two people sharing the bed.

Staff were lovely, hotel was lovely. Room had everything we needed as it was just a place to sleep and wash. However we felt it could’ve been cleaner. The floor was very dusty/dirty. Some areas of the bathroom had been missed including the toilet where the were remnants of the last people who stayed there.

Every member of the staff that we met with was incredible. They were exceptionally welcoming, and had all the answers we could need. We were both a little disappointed by the hot breakfast options, as some items featured in pictures were not present. We got a room on the top floor, which was very nice. The lifts were clean and fast. The rooms were a great size, and very clean. The location was great, as there was a TFI bus stop on the corner by the hotel. The hotel was far enough away from the busiest parts of the city that it was a nice quiet in the evenings, but close enough to get into the city with ease. Would stay at Dublin One again.

As a whole it was great! My room though smelt like smoke and I am sensitive to it so it caused me to cough a lot. I brought it up to the person at the desk. They said they would look into it and I never heard back.

The staff ( front desk, Sitia) was absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to assist their guests. Food was excellent. Highly recommend Dublin One Hotel. Clean rooms. All the sightseeing spots are within walkable distance.

Good place to stay. I’be stayed several times. Property is beginning to show signs of wear and tear . Maintenance in handicapped bath Sink needs attention. I imagine a handicapped person would have difficulty with sink. Drain stopper. Would not pop up. Water in faucet is either on extremely. Or a trickle. With no hot water . Temperature and flow cannot be adjusted.

A lovely friendly modern clean hotel

A lovely hotel with a great vibe. We received a warm welcome on arrival and this warmth continued with other team members we met during our stay. The rooms are modern, functional and clean - what you would expect from a new hotel. There is nothing dated in this building. We will stay here again!

Unfortunately not worth the money. The housekeeping was very poor and my room was still dirty upon arrival. Hair all over the bathroom floor, shower floor filthy and complimentary water open and half empty. Would not recommend.
