This was the least comfortable of all the hotels I stayed in during my 9 day trip. The room was run down. The bed wasn’t even close to being even. And at the restaurant we had to get up to find a server just to get water.

Property is in an excellent location! The room was a bit stuffy and you couldn’t get a window open for fresh air. Most people were leaving their doors open for air circulation. Was a bit smelly in the hallways.

A Great Place

Our stay at Dublin One was great right from the day we checked in! The desk staff were wonderful making recommendations of things to do by listing them on paper and giving us directions how to get there. The hotel food was top notch and resonably priced. All of the staff were very proffesional and very friendly

The tiles in the bathroom were nice. The floor in the tiny box was vinyl tile but the double bed is crammed into the corner and the heat could not be lowered or the fan turn on. This place would be fine if go out drinking all day and you don’t mind paying $300+ a night to drop at the end of the day. The staff is not trained, and the place needs an upgrade. Get rid of the dusty plastic greenery and donate the guerrillas. The emerald green tile around the bar was nice. The dining room staff and the chefs were great in the evening and the food was excellent. The morning staff demanded 16 euros each for breakfast ($50.00 cdn) and gave us a take it leave it ultimatum so we left it and ate at other really nice restaurants where they appreciated our business. There was no option to have a light breakfast. We are polite and friendly Canadians but don’t like being disrespected and ripped off
