The rooms themselves are very basic, which might be surprising with the price but places are so expensive in Dublin. The rooms are very tight, and aside from bed, TV on the wall, bathroom, a couple of racks to hand a few items that's about it. There were plenty of plugs and USB points all around the room. The bathroom came with only two toilet rolls, a bottle of soap and a bottle of washing cream in the shower. The only food is more snacky stuff from a entrance lobby vending machine. The Wi-Fi is of a good standard. The bedsheets are not changed everyday and happened once during my 6 night stay.
The immediate location area itself looks like going through a re-development. A tram travels outside, and 5 minutes walking distance to local shops, pubs, restaurants and river. And about 10-20 to the centre of towns with all its shops and landmarks. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming.
I didn't get much loud noise being located towards the back, and only one one occasion were people noisy in other rooms.
The VERY BAD was a stain on the bed sheets, it might have been something else, but looked like blood to me. The staff changed it all within minutes.
I would go again but check the sheets straight as I walk in the room.
