Had to change room 2 times because both of the first rooms had ants. Once we got to the 3rd room we had to call down to get TV remotes and a hair dryer. Convient located near zoo though

Our stay started out really good. The lady at the front desk was very kind. We got there kind of late around 1 AM so we ended up just going upstairs and going to bed the next day. We got up early and did some things for our anniversary when we got back, we decided to take a trip around the hotel lobby and the area around there to just kind of take pictures so that we could show our kids the hotel we stayed in. We’re being very quiet because everyone was asleep And the security guard was very rude to us. He said you can either go back to your room or go sit down in the lobby. If you feel like you have to be down here and it kind of ruined our night. Don’t think I’ll be going back there next year.

The stay was good. We had ants all over our bathroom floor and no bedding for the pull out. Had to wait 25 minutes for towels, as there was only 3 in the room with 6 people. My 2 yougest kids had to dry off with hand towls and wash rags because it took so long to get the towels to our room. Rooms were super clean but overall we enjoyed our stay

To start the front door would not even open when we came back after previously checking in it was before ten all the dooors was locked, the breakfast was terrible , the oil closed the fitted sheets on the bed were2 sizes small did not fit the mattress and we had a do not disturb and a cleaning lady just walked in on us .
