I had only been in the room 5 mins when the power went out. I called the front desk and the maintenance fellow showed up within 10 mins. Although the fix took 45 mins, everyone was very helpful. Apart from that, the room was well appointed and the amenities were great.

Loved this hotel...great location, very walkable, lots of restaurants/pubs nearby. Room was very comfortable and quiet and we were facing the street. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
