Location is great and the rooms are clean. place is a bit of a maze to navigate. Kept things interesting but if you’re in a rush I would suggest just passing through the bar to keep things simple and not get lost.
I found the staff
Great stay! The front desk staff was very helpful, the bar downstairs had a friendly atmosphere, and the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!!
Good-sized room with comfy king-size bed. Layout is quirky, but a bit confusing. Nice bathroom with shower, but water a tad too hot. And if it says 'hang up towels and we won't change them', don't change them if we hang them up! Being on top of a Wetherspoons proved to be quite convenient, and the food is not that bad. All told, we were happy with our stay.
The room was really spacious, quiet. The air conditioning was broken and it was so warm in there, it was to the point we had to leave. We told the front desk and nobody got back to us. The bed was comfortable, food was good, drink was even better. Would I be back 50/50 on it.
We stayed here with my teens, so it was a great place to grab breakfast due to the Weatherspoon's attached. It was a bit far from tourist sites, so it's either a 20 min walk, or the tram is close by. At night it got a little wild, and at 4am when we left to go to the airport, the area was still happening. The rooms are VERY clean and VERY quiet. We could hear nothing inside. There is no hair conditioner.
Another great stay, perfect location for walking to the centre, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, wonderful staff who are helpful and friendly.
We recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t have had a lovelier stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time so they allowed us to store our bags. When we checked in a member of the team walked us to our room and explained everything about the hotel. The cleaners were lovely and always checked if we needed anything specific for our room. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed there with friends for the All Ireland Football Final, the Staff were brilliant and you cannot go wrong. Number 1 on the Dublin list to book now
Loved the history of this hotel, the restaurant, and the location. Walls were paper thin and could hear my neighbors close their door like it was directly next to the bed. Our phone went off each morning at 5:40am. I asked reception and they seemed confused and did not offer help. We just unplugged it.
We loved it! At first I thought the first floor lay out with the bar and all the rooms to eat in and the restaurant was confusing but boy did I learn how to love it and so much too!
Great location with short walking distance to dining, shopping and public transportation. Staff at front desk, bar, and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet room.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Reception staff was lovely. It was unfortunate that we had to go through the bar to get to the elevator to our room. The beds were great. Shower drain was not great and often would flow over onto the floor.
Food was really cheap and would also include drinks. Area was populated with many bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.
