Room was not properly cleaned between guests. (bed made, new towels neatly folded, etc... but found dirty sock under bed and long hairs on pillows; carpets in room very dirty and mud/dirt on bedskirt). People were great, breakfast very good too.

We had booked a family room that was supposed to have 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Our room only had 2 beds, when I asked the front desk they said we had a family room but it didn't have a sofa bed. Had I known that it wouldn't have had a sofa bed I would have booked a different room with bigger beds. Very disappointing, it made for a poor night sleep for our family

Rooms were nice. Location was very convenient for airport travellers (walking toTerminal2 and Rental Cars). However you could get easily lost due to the many long aisles. Also some doors were locked which made navigation even more complicated.

Great location, clean room, kind staff. No luggage carts available except one someone had swiped from the airport and left outside. The halls were tiny and the lifts even tinier and our room was at the very end of a maze of halls. It was very difficult to navigate with young children and a ton of luggage. As a solo traveler I’d be happy to stay here. I would not stay here with my family again.

Bit of a warren but good hotel.

Good location, close enough to the airport but not noisy. As a pre-flight overnight the ease of check in and out, shuttle bus to departures and ample parking space all got a thumbs up. Rooms did their job, clean comfy and complimentary water n biscuits get a tick too. Directions to rooms in corridors is a bit vague, a few wrong turns and you get your bearings. The parking fees at €4 per hour are pretty steep. The one member of staff I asked about an overnight rate for residents was unclear and vague. No indication anywhere as to scale of charges or duration, that really does need addressing.

Did the trick for a night between flights. Dining was open late, nice breakfast available and a free shuttle to the airport. Bed was comfortable and rooms offered water and a little snack. No complaints for a convenient place to stay at the airport.

close to DUB airport, we walked to the terminal 1 for departure (the hotel has free shuttle to the terminals too). The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated they allowed us for a late check out. The restaurant's pizza and two Asian dishes were very delicious. Our room was clean with A/C, and bottled water and cookies were very nice.
