Staff great and nice clean safe and quiet hotel (considering it’s on the runway) Food is excellent I thought my chicken was pink and it was taken away straight away and the head waiter was lovely and brought me a free beer and a change of order. Btw the Satay skewers starter was amazing - bedroom was nice and comfy - I feint safe and had everything in. Pillows are not good so prepare for that - too big and soft no support. The hotel free airport shuttle was superb and a lovely lad driving. All in all (almost) great - pricey at £140 and food is dear - starters £10 and mains around £30 beer £8 Hotel is ideal for airport and everything is easy Very clean and quiet and staff nice. But just not great enough to get 4/5 for me and undercooked chicken that the chef Sara is fine knocked my rating to a 3/5.

Chicken supreme with black pudding - sadly pink inside 1/10
I got really wet and very cold on site all day so the radiator in the room saved the day

Everything was great, although I wish I’d realized or been made aware of the bar menu. It was larger than the one in the restaurant, and I would have eaten there if I’d known. The food in the restaurant I did eat in was fantastic!

The room was on the ground floor and had a noticeable damp smell, also it needs refurbishment. Despite requesting a double bed, was given two single beds instead. The radiator was also very noisy, which made it difficult to rest.

Great location for Airport-walking distance Room was good, clean, quiet, tea/coffee making facilities. Online check in was a plus, get a code sent to your e-mail and you use it to create a door card. Took less than 2 minutes when I entered hotel to do this. Breakfast was good too, staff were very helpful in restaurant and there was a good selection if buffet items. Number 1 hotel for Dublin Airport

Convenient and reasonable price. Zero information on arrival, basic instructions on getting to your room is not hard to do as the hotel layout is not easy to navigate especially on a first visit. Told to use utomated check-in machine when a member of staff is standing at reception and nobody else is checking in.

The room was awful mold type bubbles on shower ceiling the bathroom door was halfway into the space and could barely sit down in restroom door runs into shower housekeeping did not clean the bathroom and the carpet was dirty I would appreciate a refund
