Extremely good value for money, especially how close the hotel is to the city centre (10 minutes from Temple Bar). Hotel and room was clean, well presented in addition to the staff being very courteous. I would highly recommend staying here.

Rooms are too small and stuffy. Housekeeping does bare minimum. Towel and toilet paper supply was only by request. Location is prime though which is the only plus.

The hotel staff made my stay feel very special. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. It was an older building but it had character and was well put together. The bar area and lobby were very nice. The room service was extremely cheap and the breakfast was amazing. The staff even surprised us with a cute little honeymoon dessert tray and flower petals on the bed. Very thoughtful little details and great staff and communication. Free parking on premises was also a plus.

The room was very clean and they clean it everday. The staff was very kind and gave us the possibility to leave our bags and to stay there and pack before to go to the airport. The rooms weren't too small. The only thing that surprised me a little were the bathroom doors that were of glass and you could see through. But apart from that I suggest this hotel. It is in a very good position too, not far from the center and there are restaurants, bar and shops near it.

I travel a lot for work and this is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. I also quite liked how the manager every morning was sat doing his work in the breakfast area, so was a visible presence. I also overheard how he spoke to his staff and have to say it was really good man management and it's an all round very well run hotel. Really pleasant staff, really good hotel, very good value for money

The rooms are incredibly small with almost no common space. The bathroom has only one small shelf, so there's nowhere to place items and the shower itself is narrow and uncomfortable. The hotel lobby doesn't have a sufficient amount of tables and chairs, so I was left to stand and wait for long periods of time. However, the staff were very warm, friendly, and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was within walking distance of so many of the attractions that we had on our list to see. The room was very small but this wasn't a big deal to us as we weren't in our room that much. The layout of the room was amazing. They had everything we needed, all the connections to charge our electronics and a hot water kettle for coffee/tea in the morning. There are restaurants near by and the bus from the airport dropped us very close to this hotel. The staff was super helpful when we had a question about getting around. All in all, really a perfect stay!
