Check in was quick. Agent that was on duty during our check in wasn't overly friendly or informative. She didn't ask if we had a vehicle or needed the airport shuttle or even the hours of the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant seemed to be understaffed that night as there was a bit of a wait to get seated. Food in restaurant was good and priced fairly.
Breakfast was great. Our room overlooked the garbage containers so there definitely was more noise than we would have liked. Easy airport transportation which takes the stress out of airport driving and parking. We have stayed at the premier inn on multiple occasions when using Dublin airport.
Amazing stay unfortunately it was just a short one but i would have loved to stay longer. We had a layover flight so we were able to take a shower sleep in an amazing comfortable bed have a wonderful breakfast and then use the shuttleto go to dublin airport. Highly recommend the staff is amazing
The hotel was very clean, and offers an airport shuttle which is fast & convenient. As far as dining whether it was within the hotel or close by I cannot say ad I was on time restraint and didn’t have time to explore shopping or dining options in the vicinity. It was very quiet at night allowing for some much needed restful sleep. The staff were very nice and helpful. And for me the best part it had a coffee maker gotta have my coffee. A nice touch was the body wash in the bathroom saved me from packing any. The hotel restaurant was always packed & busy & the food looked good. I wouldn’t definitely stay there again.
For an airport hotel it was fine. The breakfast was above average. The rooms were clean and spacious enough if a little utilitarian. There was some confusion with breakfast being included or not and I was triple charge for parking as the automated system kept saying it didn't go through but it actually did. So all in all it is fine if you need to be close to Dublin Airport and need a hotel with parking.
This was a perfect hotel for the night before our flight. The restaurant had a nice menu so we didn't need to find a restaurant to eat at. The beds were very comfortable.
We would have liked to have decaf coffee in the room instead of just regular. Also a microwave or a refrigerator would be nice in the room.
We loved the staff and the efficiency and the cleanliness as well as the eco-friendliness of the hotel! We also very much appreciated the shuttle service. It was on time and efficient
