Very hard beds made sleeping difficult. Also the service to resolve an issue at night was not good. Could not get more pillows or comforters to add a bit of cush to the very hard mattresses without going to the front desk in my pjs after trying to get this on their internet means. Thankfully a front desk clerk eventually helped a bit.

The whole experience was very good from cleanliness to location to staff. Little issue would be firmness of bed and pillows. I can do a hard bed but the pillows no. Couldve had one soft one hard. Still overall good experience and value for money.

I found this hotel to be located in an ideal location - quick and easy walk to the Spire and Temple Bar area. The bedroom and kitchen/living are were spacious but the bathroom was quite small. The surrounding are did seem a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe.

We needed a hotel a couple days near the Dublin city center. The property was clean. Not a fan of the centralized computer controlled HVAC that turns the rooms to warm at least once a day. But at least you could adjust when you’re in the room. The breakfast was decent.

The studio was way too small for the 2 of us, so we upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which was much better for our 1-week long stay.
