What a lovely stay. We arrived early and asked to drop our bags and were told that a room might be ready and were let straight in. The room was gorgeous, modern, clean and very restful. Wellness facilities include jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, small area with everything you need for a relax with a gym too. With a later check out time we felt we got great value for money and didn’t feel rushed with our one night stay. Room service was good for the price and the coffee served was good quality with alternative milks available. The location was idea too

The room was stuffy and room service didn't come two days in a row, even when I put on the notice light to please refresh the room. I also didn't receive any drink discounts despite this promise on my booking. The hot spa pool wasn't hot, and it wasn't easy to book any massage, as if the service wasn't available.
