Everything, from service to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff at this hotel, to the cleanliness , to the food was perfect. If I could give more stars, I would. I’m so impressed by it all, thank you so much for making our stay memorable! Will definitely be booking this hotel on my next visit to Dublin, had the best girls trip and experience

Hotel is in a good location near 3Arena, buses and tram, and 25 mins walk along the river to Temple Bar. Easy and quick to check in online, and to pick up key cards from the machine in reception. Room spotless and comfortable with a decent shower. Didn't book a table for dinner, which we later regretted! Breakfast was good, lots of choice, and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious! Checked out online and left key cards in the box, so that was very straightforward. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely use again.

This was a very disappointing stay. I’d really been looking forward to it based on the pictures. I booked a deluxe double room. The room I was given had no natural light and bad lighting. It was very hard to get ready in during day time and impossible at night I asked for a lamp or something but the front desk couldn’t help though they offered to move me the next morning but that would have been too much hassle halfway through my stay. Bathroom had a decorative strip across the mirror that, because of my height, meant I couldn’t see my face properly to do makeup. Ended up having to climb into the sink to see myself. Service in restaurant was poor both in the morning (when I just walked in because I waited so long for someone to acknowledge me) and a night when I was one of about 5 customers and was again left waiting by my waiter. All in all a very disappointing trip I’d wanted a relaxing pre Christmas break and this was not the place. Felt very low budget despite its rating

The room was very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The cafe in the lobby was super convenient and had great food options. We felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Very modern easy check in and near Tram stop into city. Rooms comfortable abs well appointed however room service was poor, days not done one day half done. Asked for Milk refill never arrived . Needs work on that front otherwise good .
