Hotel room was boiling as aircon did not work - no hot water for shower and soap dispenser was not refilled. I was also provided incorrect info on the parking as I was told not to prebook and then the ticket would be validated - so I’ve had to pay full price for the car parking - very poor service

Staff are friendly. The location is near attractions but not right in the heart of the noise which I liked. The hotel was quiet, room was very clean. The room is tight and the bathroom is small, but all doable for a few nights for 2 people.

Sadly the staff in the restaurant let the whole experience down. My dinner 1 of 11 guest arrived an hour later than my colleagues. We advised staff I hadn’t got my food and they kept saying 5 minutes but other guest in the restaurant were getting their burgers which is what I had ordered. We got the manager involved and he was just as useless. Nice hotel, well located for city and Temple Bar area but sadly the restaurant staff really let it down.

The room was clean and functional, staff were welcoming and helpful and the location was very convenient. The only negative was that the television reception kept dropping out. It kept coming back again, but it was very frustrating trying to watch a program.
