PROS: Large outdoor space, awesome views, outdoor BBQ kitchen, large rooms, x2 bathrooms, close to shops & bars, +/-20min walk to the old town. CONS: Needs some TLC, smell in bathroom due to water leak, building site on top floor & next door,
