Brilliant and beautiful

This is an amazing central location. Perfect for a city stay. Amazing communication from the team so we could check in easily. Some reviews refer to the Irish Pub. Don’t let that put you off they even provided ear plugs, to be honest didn’t bother us. We may have even contributed to the street noise.

The place is beautiful but there is no parking around and it is located directly above the Irish pub. Parking is quite expensive and a big walk. People with mobility issues would not be ideal. Check in was smooth and the girls were helpful. Great location in old town but very hard to sleep: we were aware of the noise but didn’t expect to be directly above the pub. Sleep does not happen there.

The room was very centrally located in the old section of Dubrovnik, the room was Excellent but has two pubs as neighbors with music blaring starting at noon until very late in the evening. Ear plugs had been provided but the bass was So loud you could feel the vibrations through your body. The company moved me to another property for my 3 night stay but it was a room where previous smokers had been in. The room had poor ventilation. I think the air conditioning was not functioning as everything felt damp including the bedding and my clothes in my bag.

The Irish bar directly below us was very very loud and noisy until, 2am Saturday, 1:30am Sunday and Monday 1am on Tuesday. The area around us the every other street were very quiet in late evening. The apartment was really nice and the location was also very good. Would recommend Dubrovnik Old Town but need to research what's below you.

Great property in a great location. People mentioned the noise but I live in a city so I can sleep through news and had no problem with it. I fell asleep each night no problem so I’m not even sure what time it ended. There were 3 of us in 2 rooms and the set up of rooms 55 and 56 were perfect with a connecting hallway. Would recommend the property and stay here again

I loved this place! It was an amazing location in the old town of Dubrovnik. You literally walk outside and you are in the dead center town of old city Dubrovnik, which is one of my favorite cities now. You can walk to so many Michelin restaurants and explore the city, it's great. It's a little hard to figure out how to get to with your luggage but worth it. Also if you mind noise at night it's not for you - there is a loud Irish pub next door, I thought that was great, I don't mind noise at night. They do leave ear plugs next to the bed if that bothers you. I can see that bothering people a lot actually but it didn't bother me. I'm used to living in a city with noise around me. The room itself was beautiful. The only thing I'd say was leave instructions for the laundry because I couldn't figure it out and kept washing my clothes a million times by accident! I couldn't figure out how to dry them its a dual washer dryer with symbols on it, I think I'm just a little dumb about those things too but ?? But I thought it was beautiful, well priced and an amazing location I didn't want to leave I wanted to live there for a long time. Highly recommend.

Stanza eccellente, pulizia perfetta, arredamento ottimo. Però la stanza si trova sopra un pub dove ogni sera si esibiscono gruppi con musica dal vivo sino a tardi Finita la musica continuano gli schiamazzi degli avventori. Nonostante le finestre insonorizzate è impossibile dormire sino a tarda notte.
