Fully renovated apartment in the most beautiful part of The Old City of Dubrovnik. Located in the first palace of famous and the oldest Dubrovnik republic noble family Bunic-Bona. The palace is very close to all amenities for a relaxing holiday and only 14 stairs above the level of the famous main street called Stradun. Come and spend an unforgettable vacation in our apartment !
The apartment is located in the oldest part of The Old City of Dubrovnik called Karmen. During the Dubrovnik Republic period, the nobility lived in Karmen, as witnessed by numerous palaces today. This is quit part of the town, but still, you are very close to all amenities you need for a comfortable vacation. Restaurants, cafe bars, shops and the beach are within 100 meters distance.
If You need accommodation for a group of up to 8 people we have two additional apartments in the same house, each on its separate floor. If they are available, You can use them all together as a single accommodation unit.

Beautiful Dubrovnik

Place was well appointed and in a perfect location, Roni was an excellent host. Please note that there are a lot of stairs and you need to be a little limber. The bed is on a loft, which I happily managed despite 6'3" height, but I could see as a potential challenge for some.

Darling Apartment

Lovely apartment. Right in old town, everything was close and walkable. Restaurants, the wall, ferry, convenience store, and tram to go up the mountain. But it did have a lot of steps, not hard for my daughter but I got a work out. Roni gave us info on using a porter to get us back to the taxi station. We loved it!

Old town is fabulous at night

The apt was as expected. The location was perfect. We felt very safe . It was difficult with 3 of us and only one key . The towels were very rough and scratchy. We bought a beach towel or two . Recommendations for coffee at the cafe just steps away from apt also good croissants. The Buza Bar did not disappoint. We even saw guys diving off of the rocks at sunset . Food was local and fresh .

Beautiful Old town stay

Beautiful, very well situated apartment in old town! Enjoyed our stay. Roni was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommend! Cheers!

Amazing place and location!

This places is amazing! For a group of three, it was fairly spacious. Very clean, new and well located inside the walls! Property manager greeted us and let us know we could always reach out if we neeeded anything. Close to great restaurants and meeting points for day tours. We would definitely recommend this pace to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!
