Walkable to attractions, and easy to check in with luggage vs trekking through old town. Paid parking nearby. Sides a pretty busy street, but fan white noise blocks it out to sleep well.

Great studio run by a friendly owner. Very clean and bright. I loved the mini kitchen with supplies to eat & drink coffee/tea. It's located near a busy street, but the noise didn't affect me. It has a fantastic A/C unit if you don't want to leave the window open. The bus stops to get to Old Town or the bus station/cruise port are around the corner and down the street, about a 5 minute walk. There's a beach, bars, convenience store and high quality fast food options near the bus stops too. My friend liked this place too. I would stay here again.

thee days in Dubrovnik

Very nice apartment in walking distance to main gate of Old Town. Pretty much everything you need for short stay (microwave would be a good addition). Public parking near is expensive, ask the owner about free parking option close by. We will come again

Hot water not working properly & noisy

Decent wifi & check-in but required manual contact. However, there were issues: no hot water after only a few minutes, disruptive early morning visit without notice, noisy location right next to the road, narrow sidewalks without crosswalks for safety, unpleasant vinegar smell in the kettle. It was okay but I will not return or recommend here.
