Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft!

In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here`s what you need to know:

Before you set off:

1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah`s UDot app and Wunderground`s website (zip code 84762).

2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms.

Once snow arrives:

• Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended.

• Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay.

• Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly.

Keep in mind:

• Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly.

• While we`re a small village, we`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe.

For a stress-free getaway, call us ahead to tailor your trip to perfection!

Disappointment!

The property, house, and location were very nice and basically met our needs. With that said, with the owner using a realty company as a go-between, we have never received so many warnings about various things we should or should not be doing and threats of fines. An example of this is a 1000 fine for wearing shoes in the house. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. This should be part of the basic items provided to your renters; especially at the price point of the rental, and with the remote location of the house. There were garbage and broken tools on the exterior, a broken seal on the dishwasher, and broken chairs on the deck. Also, there was a picture of the bird feeder and fire pit as part of the marketing on VRBO, which we were excited about; however, no bird seed or fire wood was provided. When we asked about it, we were told it could be purchased at the local hardware store. This should be included if it is in the pictures. Something as simple as a deck of cards or game that could be played by adults was nowhere to be found. Spices were lacking. A few instructions for adjusting the thermostat would be very helpful. We contacted the property manager about the above items, and heard nothing back. We did not feel that the customer service for this rental was the typical standard that we experience when renting from VRBO. We are not sure if this is due to the owner or the realty company. Ask questions before you rent!

Very clean and nice cabin for Zion and Bryce Canyon

We had a pleasant stay at this cabin with our family and friends. The snow added extra fun for the kids. The location is in the middle of the two national parks(Zion and Bryce Canyon). The assistant, Jenn, was very knowledgeable and informed us all the sightseeing places. The host Jacob was available if we had any questions during our stay. Very nice people at the True Value store. Thank you for everything. -Sharad
