The Reefhouse is a very nice place to stay with a gorgeous view. We had a King partial view room on the 3rd floor and the view was spectacular. The rooms was clean and nicely laid out. The pool area was large and nice with a bar on one side. The parking is terrible. We had a normal sized sedan and barely got our car out the spot. We had to go back and forth inch by inch to get out. The exterior of the hotel looks older but the rooms are nicely updated and comfortable.

Our stay didn’t get off to the best start when reception informed us that the resort fee was higher than stated in our confirmation email. This was escalated but even the hotel manager wouldn’t assist us, despite the hotel confirming that they are aware that this is an issue and the paperwork given to us at check in stated the resort fee matched what was in our confirmation. For what it’s worth, the resort fee is very expensive and is a significant addition to the room rate. The rooms are nice and very clean, but they are starting to show signs of wear, and are in need of a bit of TLC in places. However the bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep! There’s a really lovely pool and jacuzzi area available to all guests, however it needs cleaning more regularly as there were used plasters and ear plugs on the poolside next to the jacuzzi. Overall the hotel is nice and would recommend to stop for a night when travelling to or from Key West.

Great stay at the Reefhouse! It is in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Onsite restaurant and bar is great too. Our server Lauren was super attentive and welcoming. We would not hesitate to go back!

The location is fantastic. Great views and plenty of activities available on site. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Reefhouse Resort. The rooms are a little dated, but VERY clean.
