The charming apartment is located in the popular seaside resort of Duće in Central Dalmatia, just a few steps from the fine sandy beach. The gently sloping coastal section directly in front of the house is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region and is particularly ideal for families with children. The sea is accessible in just around 50 metres, as are restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities. The picturesque old town of Omiš with its narrow streets, historic buildings and Mediterranean flair is also only about a kilometre away and can be conveniently reached on foot.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern house that accommodates a total of eight comfortable holiday apartments. With approximately 36 m² of living space, it offers room for up to three people and features a cosy bedroom with a double bed and additional sleeping accommodation. The separate kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the dining area, access leads to the covered terrace with a sea view – a wonderful place to start the day with breakfast overlooking the scenery or enjoy the sunset in the evening.
