Welcome to Duingt!

Situated on the shores of Lake Annecy and just a two-minute walk from the historic centre of Duingt and all its shops, discover a fully equipped lakeside apartment!
Ideal for two people, its location is perfect for your holiday.
The residence has private parking and a secure bike storage area, and is situated right next to a cycle path. There are plenty of bike hire shops nearby.
The residence has access to the lake via the building opposite, which is handy for a quick dip, but it is not a beach. For an afternoon at the beach, we recommend the Château beach, which is just 300 metres away!

The accommodation:

The flat is on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift) and has two balconies. It is equipped with a television, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, raclette machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and storage space.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Pets are allowed, but you are responsible for vacuuming up any hair before you leave.

Please note: although the property faces the lake, it is situated on the roadside, so there may be some noise disturbance if the windows are open. However, the interior of the flat is well insulated with double glazing.

Close to shops, restaurants, buses and a cycle path, you can leave your car in the block’s car park and set off to explore the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also known as ‘the pearl of the lake’, Duingt is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains.

Beautiful view of the Lake

Aurelian was the Mgr of the vacation rental, he was super helpful, even helping us sort out a problem with our rental car.

Lac d'Annecy

The Appartement has a really beautiful sea view and Aurelien the host is always very friendly and helpful.Anyhow, the Appartement ist in no good condition. It was definitely not clean, the bed was broken. The balcony is unsaved. From my point of view it has to be closed.The whole building and the Appartement needs renovations.
