Cocoonr Annecy is offering to rent Roseaux du Lac 207, a 46 m² duplex flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of a unique tourist residence set on the shores of Lake Annecy, in Duingt.
The residence has a large private beach with direct access to the lake, ideal for swimming and water sports. There are two on-site restaurants: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Paddle, kayak, wakeboard and water skiing are also available right outside the residence.

Ground floor:
- Bright living room with dining area for 5 people, lake view.
- Fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- TV lounge with quality sofa bed (extra bed).
- Separate WC with washbasin.
7 m² balcony with garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs) and lovely uninterrupted view.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together, storage space, desk and TV.
- Bedroom 2: single bed (90x190 cm) and storage space.
- Bathroom with bath, glass shower screen, double washbasin, hairdryer.

- If you are coming by car, a private car park reserved for residents is available. However, spaces are not allocated.
