The Sunrise House is part of the Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed by North Shore Vacation Rentals rather than the development, which gives you a more personal and overall better experience!

The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring next door, and the most beautiful, unobstructed views!

Ski Hut, Burnett Dairy, and Spirit Mountain Ski Resort are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks. We offer 20% rentals and lift passes.
