Close (<150 feet) legal access to ATV/snowmobile trails at Dunbar Memorial Park on a Marinette County approved route. Lakes/rivers to fish, waterfalls, downhill ski, whitewater raft, & tube/canoe access within 30 mins. Full kitchen, BBQ grill, & campfire for meals. The wraparound covered porch is a favorite place to relax and enjoy a meal.

The standby electric generator will automatically turn on if there are any power outages. One trail camera takes pictures of vehicles on the driveway coming off the County Road.

Foragers will find a variety of mushrooms, berries, apples, rhubarb, asparagus, chives, onions plus many other edibles.
