Will be delivered and hooked up on site (water and electric only) for a fee of $500 for the first two nights and $200 per night for additional nights.

The property is secluded but does overlook a few houses in the distance. Situated in a rural area, about 10 min to the nearest town with grocery & gas.

○ Failure to register all guests may result in cancellation with no refund.

○ All daytime visitors must be registered and included in the total guest count.

○ No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior permission, including visitors’ pets.

○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

○ No unauthorized events or parties.

○ A $500 event fee will apply for gatherings with unregistered guests in attendance.

○ The wedding fee would apply to any wedding, `micro` wedding, vow renewal ceremony, reception or post-elopement celebration.

○ For all events, a 500.00 security deposit will be required to be paid directly to Elite Experiences.

○ Respect the neighbors & quiet hours: 11PM-7AM.

○ Follow hot tub rules, if changing the hot tub water is required, a $200 fee will be assessed.

○ No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass.

○ No glass outside. No slip and slides allowed. No diving (the pool is 6` at the deep end).

○ The pool is open seasonally between May 1st- Oct. 1st.

○ Although the pool is heated, the water temperature might differ according to the weather outside.

○ For safety & security, there are outdoor surveillance cameras.

○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.

○ No fireworks on the property.

○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.

○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.

○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
