From the elevated position, you can take in the character of this coastal area, including views towards Broughty Castle and across to Tentsmuir Forest in Fife.

Despite its quiet location, the cottage is just a short five minute walk from the centre of Broughty Ferry, a much loved seaside suburb located four miles east of Dundee. Here you will find a relaxed coastal atmosphere, with a good mix of independent cafes, restaurants, pubs, and local shops. The sandy beach and harbour are also close by, offering scenic walks and the chance to spot dolphins along the shoreline.
